Go-To-Market Operators for Coaches & Fractional Executives

You're not bad at marketing. You've never had a system.

Jamal Reimer went from $20k to $80k/month. Ignacio Carcavallo generated $306,000 in 90 days. Not by just doing more — by finding, testing and scaling the marketing & sales system that works.

that works — not a retainer that keeps rolling.

The real problem

You're posting. You're active. You still
don't know where the next client comes from.

The referral trap eventually dries out

Referrals are warm and converting. But the timing is uncontrollable. One bad quarter with no referrals, and there's nothing to fall back on. Feast-or-famine isn't a streak of bad luck. It's the absence of a system.

You can't test what you can't measure

You try a channel — LinkedIn, a newsletter, a webinar — with no hypothesis, no success metric, no stopping condition. If it doesn't work, you don't know why. If it does, you can't repeat it. Activity without attribution teaches you nothing.

Three numbers you can't answer

Qualified leads in pipeline this quarter. Conversion rate from lead to booked call. Revenue attributable to marketing. If you can't answer all three right now, you're not running a marketing system. You're running on hope.

No system means no predictable growth

Without a marketing and sales strategy, your calendar fills randomly — not because of anything you did, but because someone remembered to mention you. You're working hard, but you can't produce predictable growth or point to where next month's revenue is coming from. That's not a motivation problem. It's a system problem.

Seba Chanes and Alex, Co-Founders of OutDo

Why we built this

We spent 10 years building Go-To-Market systems inside SaaS — then applied the same rigour to coaching practices.

A decade building Go-To-Market systems inside SaaS companies — the kind that took B2B products from zero to scale. What that teaches you: most growth isn't random. It's engineered. You test a channel, prove it against a real number, scale what's proven. Kill what isn't. Fast.

We brought that discipline to coaching practices. The ICP is different. The GTM problem is the same: smart practitioners, earning well, with no repeatable system to get the next client — completely dependent on whoever referred them last.

So we built the structural opposite of the agency model. Written agreement before every campaign: what we're testing, what success looks like, when we stop. The client owns everything from day one. Our goal is to make ourselves redundant. That's in the contract.

— Seba Chanes, Founder, OutDo GTM

The Go-To-Market System

A three-step system that finds what works, proves it with real numbers, and scales it — before anything else moves.

1

Test

Before any work begins, we agree in writing: what channel we're testing, what the hypothesis is, what the success number is, and at what point we call it dead. One focused experiment at a time. No scatter-shot execution. No ambiguity about what "working" means.

2

Prove

We run it. Track three numbers only: qualified leads in pipeline, conversion rate from lead to booked call, and revenue attributable to that channel. When the number hits the agreed threshold, the test is proven. When it doesn't, it's dead — and we move on before wasting more time.

3

Scale

Proven tests get scaled and kept running. The next test begins in parallel on a new channel. Each month builds on the last. By Day 90, at least one channel is consistently producing qualified leads — and your Go-To-Market system compounds instead of restarting.

The written agreement before every campaign is what separates this from every agency retainer you've tried. Before any work begins, both parties agree: what we're testing, what success looks like, and when we stop. No ambiguity. No rolling retainers on activity that can't be evaluated.

Three plans. One system.

Start at the level that matches where you are.

Every plan starts with the free Go-To-Market Audit. From there, choose the level of support that fits your situation.

Why it works differently

One operator who knows your whole business.
Not six subcontractors who each know one piece.

Most agencies give you a team: an account manager, a strategist, a copywriter, a designer. Five people who each know a piece of your business, none of whom know all of it. The account manager reports. The strategist disappears after onboarding. The copywriter has never spoken to your clients. OutDo is one operator. The same person who runs your strategy runs your execution, writes your copy, reads your results, and takes the call on Friday when something isn't working. One person who knows your voice, your ICP, your positioning — and is accountable for all of it. No handoffs. No account manager layer. No "let me check with the team."

6 people. £5k–£15k/month. Each knows one piece of your business. Nobody owns the result.
  • Context shared in briefs that get read once and lost
  • Handoffs between specialists introduce errors and delays
  • The account manager is your translator — they don't do the work
  • When someone leaves, your institutional knowledge walks out with them
  • Retainer rolls regardless of whether it's producing leads
GTM Operator

Strategy + Copy + Execution + Tracking + Reporting. One person. One brain. Full context. Full accountability.
  • No briefs. No handoffs. No translation layer between your business and the work
  • Every campaign built on the same person's understanding of your ICP, your voice, and your revenue goal
  • Results reviewed against the same written agreement that started the campaign
  • If the operator doesn't produce a validated channel by Day 90, they keep working until they do
  • When you cancel, everything stays. The system is yours.

If GTM Operator generates one new client at your average contract value, the monthly fee is fully covered. Everything beyond that is margin.

Why OutDo

The agency model is designed to
keep you dependent. This one isn't.

Retainer keeps rolling regardless of results Day 90 Guarantee (GTM Operator): if nothing validates in 90 days, we keep working at no charge until it does.
Goal is to keep you as a client indefinitely Our stated goal is to make OutDo redundant. That's the job done.

Our Commitment

Our Commitment

Our goal is to make OutDo redundant. Everything we build lives in your accounts from day one. The brand voice guide, the 90-day roadmap, campaign briefs, tracking dashboards: all yours. By Day 90, you should know exactly which channel works for your practice and how to run it without us.

Most marketing vendors are designed to keep you dependent. There's always another retainer to justify, another deliverable to add, another reason to stay on. We're built on the opposite logic: the sooner you don't need us, the sooner we've actually done our job. The faster you have a system that finds, tests, and scales what works — one that creates a predictable pipeline and gets new leads consistently — the better we did our work. That's not a positioning claim. It's in the contract.

Is this right for you?

This is for a specific type of practice.
Not every coach or fractional exec.

✓ This is for you if:
  • You're 1+ year into your practice with at least 3 paying clients
  • Your pipeline runs primarily on referrals and you want that to change
  • You've tried marketing (LinkedIn, newsletters, ads) but can't tell what's working
  • You're willing to focus on your highest-conversion activities first — not try every channel simultaneously
  • You want to own the system — not be dependent on a vendor to keep it running
✗ This is NOT for you if:
  • You just started your practice and have fewer than 3 paying clients
  • You want someone to post for you without any involvement or feedback
  • You're not prepared to commit 2–3 hours per week to your own marketing
  • You want a guarantee of clients by a specific date before you've done the diagnostic

Common questions

Answered directly.

What does working with OutDo actually look like week to week?
GTM Operator: you have a 30-minute working call mid-month and a 30-minute results call at the end of the month. Between calls, you receive a weekly async update showing each campaign vs. its target. You review and approve content, respond to copy drafts within 48 hours, and handle your sales calls. We run everything else — building, publishing, tracking, and iterating on campaigns. GTM Coach: similar structure, except you execute the campaigns yourself with our strategy and content already done for you.
How quickly do we get started after the audit?
If you decide to move forward after the Go-To-Market Audit, the GTM Build begins within 5 business days. The build takes 2 weeks: all systems, funnels, and your newsletter foundation go live in your accounts. The first campaign brief is agreed by the end of week two. Your first test is live by day 21. Some clients move faster — it depends on how quickly you can provide brand inputs and review drafts.
What if I'm not happy with the direction after a month?
Both GTM Coach and GTM Operator are month-to-month. Cancel with one week's notice before the next billing cycle. No penalty, no lock-in. But more importantly: if a campaign isn't hitting its agreed metric, we don't let it roll. We kill it in the working call, agree a new brief, and run the next test. The written agreement structure means misalignment gets caught early — before you've wasted three months on a direction that wasn't working.
What's the difference between GTM Coach and GTM Operator in terms of my time involvement?
GTM Coach: roughly 6–8 hours per week. We design the campaign, write the content, and set the strategy — you post, send, and run the outreach. You're the executor. GTM Operator: roughly 2–3 hours per week. You review and approve, handle inbound calls we generate, and show up for working calls. We execute everything else. If you have a full client load and can't give 6–8 hours to execution, Operator is the right tier.
I've worked with marketing agencies before and it didn't work. What's different here?
The structural difference: the agency model runs on activity. There's no written success metric before work begins — so there's never a moment where the agency is accountable for an outcome. OutDo runs on the opposite logic. Before any campaign begins, both parties agree in writing: what we're testing, what success looks like, and when we stop. If nothing validates by Day 90 on GTM Operator, we keep working at no charge. That's a contractual difference, not a positioning claim.
What happens to everything we've built if I decide to cancel?
Everything stays. The funnel, the CRM, the brand voice guide, the content library, the campaign briefs, the dashboards — all of it lives in your accounts. You own every piece of it from day one. When you cancel, there's nothing to transfer because it was always yours. That's intentional. We want the system to outlast us.
What if I'm not ready for a full program yet?
Book the free Go-To-Market Audit. You'll leave with a written action plan you can execute yourself — what to test first, the success metric for each test, and what the early failure condition looks like. If you want to execute it yourself first and come back later, that's completely fine. If it becomes clear that a paid plan makes sense for your situation, we'll tell you which one and why. Either way, the plan is yours.

Seba Chanes

Ignacio had a good practice and zero predictable growth when he came to OutDo. Over 90 days, we refined his positioning, sharpened his offer, built the campaigns, and ran them. $306,000 generated. He didn't go viral. He didn't find a magic channel. We defined what success looked like before we started, ran the tests, and doubled down on what the data said worked.

That's what OutDo does: marketing, sales, and positioning, not just ads. If you want to see how it could work for you, the button's below.
