I've tried marketing agencies before and it didn't work. Why is this different?
Because the agency model is structurally designed to continue regardless of results. There's no written success metric before work begins, so there's never a moment where the agency is accountable for the outcome. OutDo runs on the opposite logic: before any campaign begins, both parties agree in writing what success looks like and when we stop if it isn't hitting. What's the written campaign agreement?
Before every campaign, we agree three things in writing: (1) Hypothesis — what we predict will happen. (2) Success metric — the number that means it's working. (3) Early failure condition — the point at which we call it dead and stop. This is agreed before a single hour of work begins. Without these three things, you can't learn anything from a campaign. You can only do more or do less based on gut feel. The written agreement is what converts marketing activity into revenue knowledge.
